Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir has a long history of service in our Traditional Worship Experiences. Anyone may join the choir, we only ask that you be committed to rehearsals and worship services. The Chancel Choir rehearses Wednesday evenings at 7:30 in the Music Center.

Gateway Ringers

The Gateway Ringers are Aldersgate's Handbell Ensemble. Membership is open to anyone with at least some experience reading music, especially those with previous ringing experience. The Gateway Ringers rehearsal Thursday evenings at 7:30 in the Handbell Room.

Aldersgate Brass

The Aldersgate Brass is an instrumental group drawn from the Aldersgate community to contribute to the worship experience by accompanying the Chancel Choir or as a stand-alone brass ensemble. The Aldersgate Brass rehearses in the Sanctuary on Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. New members are always welcome.

Praise Band

Our Praise Band leads our 9 a.m. Contemporary Worship Experience in musical worship each week. The band consists of guitars, drums, bass, keyboards, percussion, horn players, and multiple vocalists. Membership in the band is available by audition with the Pastor of Music & Worship.

Youth Musical (Grades 4-12)

Janet Atwater, Director

The Youth Musical has energized our youth drama and music ministry. It has improved drama, dance and musical abilities of all involved. More importantly, it has helped us build community, fellowship and lead us to discussions about our faith. Past productions include “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.”, “Alice in Wonderland” and "School House Rock Live".
